What is KFC’s plan to enter the Algerian market?
According to the same source, the American giant KFC’s plan to establish itself on the Algerian market would already be to cooperate with several local producers. The Cevital group was approached in April 2022 by KFC to help it establish itself in the country, following crucial tests carried out by KFC France with the oil produced by Cevital.
KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is part of the Yum! Brands, restaurant leader across the planet (39,000 units in 125 different countries with brands such as Taco Bell and Pizza Hut). The chicken brand is already established in 110 countries, it has opened 16,000 restaurants and almost 80% of the 18,000 KFC restaurants are managed under franchise.
